Shipping Policy

We are only accepting United States orders at this time. As our boutique prospers, we plan to accept international orders in the future.
  • Orders usually ship 3-4 business days after it has been placed. Expedite orders 1-2 business days. Keep in mind, holidays, weekends, and orders placed after 4pm central standard time will take an extra business day to ship.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are usually available 24 hours after shipping.
  • If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please follow these guidelines. 1. Confirm that your shipping address is correct. 2. Check with neighbors to see if your package was delivered to their address by mistake. 3. Wait at least 48 hours to see if your package turns up. 4. Check with your local post office to see where your package was dropped off. Be sure to have your tracking information and valid identification available to file a claim. Please note that the liability of your delivered package is between you and the United States Postal Service. We can only assist in undelivered packages. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. 
  • If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
