Looking to Return an Item?

We hope that you received your order in good care and that you are satisfied with your purchase! However if there's ever a need for a return, we try to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible!

Requirements for A Return

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding a return. Just about every item we sell is eligible for a return. Below are a list of exceptions.

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, with original tags attached and intact, and in its original packaging. In other words, items must be damaged free, soil, smoke, makeup, perfumes, dirt, stain free and free of any kind of animal scents. You’ll also need to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice for proof of purchase. 
  • All items are thoroughly inspected and packed with care. However, If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
  • We do not accept returns or refund on any final sale items. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
    • Sales Items
    • Gift Cards
    • Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are placed in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the invoice included in your order.

How To Return an Item

  • Return for a Refund
    • Item must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 
    • Refunds are always credited to the original form of payment. If the item was purchased by gift card or partially paid with gift card and another form of payment, Please note that the refund will go back on your gift card first.
  • Return for Exchange
    • Due to limited inventory, We cannot guarantee exchanges or holds on items. All return for exchange items will be refunded in the form of original payment or in certain cases, in the form of our gift card.
  • Returns Are Easy
    1. The customer can choose to send back a return on their own by using whichever shipping method they prefer.
    2. Submit a return request within 15 days from receipt of delivery to sales@blushingdimpleboutique.com.
    3. Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged.
    4. Please provide a copy of the original invoice and or packing slip with your return. If this is not available, you can include your name and order number on a sheet of paper in the package.     • Returns are processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of your items(s)!
    • If approved, credit will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.
    • No refunds will be issued if Ineligible Items are returned to us. Ineligible items includes any item(s) that arrives after 15 days of the original delivery date of customer's order, or if item(s) are not returned in the condition they were received. If the item(s) is ineligible for return, we will make an attempt to contact the customer upon receipt of item(s). If no response, a refund will be denied.
